Collision Course – “Is It Good?”
It's the question that's been asked since the beginning of time: "Why do bad things happen to good people?" Throughout history, many wise people and philosophers have attempted to answer this question but to no avail. It's only when we look at the cross of Jesus Christ we discover that it is only God who can bring good out of evil, suffering, or trials. It is up to us if we are going to decide to LOOK for God in the midst of the chaos or simply blame Him for what Satan, sin, or ourselves devise.
Reflection Questions:
Just like Pastor Chad mentioned today, briefly think back to a time where you experienced tremendous pain or suffering. Are you able to now look back and see where God was?
Look up 2 Corinthians 1:4. How can you use the comfort you've received to help others see Jesus in their own suffering?
