Happy Father's Day! We are so thankful for all the fathers & fatherly figures in our lives and most of all our Heavenly Father! The Bible has MUCH to say on how fathers should live out their life in front of their wife, children, and ultimately before God. And whether you are a father or still have a father/fatherly figure in your life, we ALL have a responsibility & role to play: for fathers - to be present, be godly, be intentional; for families - honor your father, encourage him, and pray for him; and to everyone - look to God the Father as the model of love and leadership.

Reflection Questions:

1. On a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being not at all, 10 being a lot), how close would you say you are to your father/fatherly figure? Why is that?

2. What steps can you take to increase that number?

3. As a follower of Jesus Christ, what legacy are you leaving behind? What are you modeling for your children (or friends, coworkers, etc.)?

4. Despite how our relationship is/was with our earthly father, how can we learn to see God as our perfect, true Father more & more?
